Brad Shreve

rad Shreve loves political satire and became a fan of the Doonesbury comic strip. After years of art study and designing his own strips, he learned he enjoys the visual arts, but his passion is writing. His thoughts turned to becoming an author. He has two published novels as part of his Mitch O’Reilly Mystery series, featuring a gay P.I. in Los Angeles. A third in the series will be released in 2025. 

In 1999, Brad launched "Queer Writers of Crime," and interviewed LGBTQ+ authors of mystery, thriller & suspense novels. It was named by BuzzFeed as one of the top twenty queer podcasts in 2022. He also hosted "Queer We Are", which featured positive discussions with LGBTQ guests and allies. Episodes from both podcasts are available on your favorite app. 

Brad lives in the California High Desert with his husband and best friend Maurice.

Tony Maietta

Tony is the host for a number of productions celebrating classic film and television, including CBS Home Video’s award-winning presentations of Lucille Ball’s television series, The Lucy Show. He interviewed key players from the series, such as Jimmy Garrett, Carole Cooke and Lucie Arnaz) He also hosts Here’s Hollywood, here! media. He discusses classic Hollywood films in the context of gay and lesbian cinema.  

In addition to participating in lectures, hosting film events, he's written and recorded commentaries for Warner Home Video and appeared as an expert in over two dozen documentaries on classic films. For TCM, he's been an advisor and participated in interviews for numerous film documentaries. Rediscovering John Gilbert, an original documentary co-wrote and produced, had its TCM premiere in 2010.

Tony also co-wrote a book, The Marble Faun of Grey Gardens with Jerry Torre, the infamous "Marble Faun" from the 1975 documentary, Grey Gardens.
